Inter-Tech Metalworks is located in Fengyuan District, Taichung as Sheet Metal Fabricators. Customers are from worldwide, mainly in the renewable energy industry, semiconductor, medical and logistics. There are four Laser Cutting machines, five Bending machines and Welding in the factory. There are also long-term cooperation partners such as spraying.
Mild Steel can be up to 32mm, stainless steel is 40mm, aluminum plate is 30mm. In addition, steel metal has a material certificate for material selection, and Japanese grade plates above 14mm are used to ensure consistent quality.
The largest laser processing size in the factory is 10000W, which can reach a machining thickness of 32mm for mild steel and 40mm for stainless steel. Bending workpieces can be up to 6m.
Solar Bracket mainly made of magnesium-aluminum alloys, its processing processes include laser cutting and bending forming. Due to its material properties, which can be widely used in outdoor and corrosion-resistant environments, the solar projects jointly built by HSSteel and Inter-Tech have been fully verified for their reliability.
