Inter-Tech is located in Fengyuan District, Taichung, and its customers are mainly in the renewable energy industry, semiconductors, medical and logistics. The factory has four laser cutting machines, five bending machines, as well as precision welding of CO2, TIG/MIG welding and laser welding. There are also long-term cooperation partners such as spraying.
Mild Steel can be up to 32mm, white iron is 40mm, aluminum plate is 30mm. In addition, Inter-Tech has a material certificate for material selection, and Japanese grade plates above 14mm are used to ensure consistent quality.
The largest laser processing size in the factory is 10000W, which can reach a machining thickness of 32mm for Mild Steel and 40mm for stainless steel. Bend forming workpieces can be up to 6m.
Solar C-type brackets are mainly magnesium-aluminum-zinc alloys, and their machining processes include laser cutting and bending forming. In the past, most of the brackets were moulded during production, resulting in many limitations (such as number of holes). Inter-Tech has created a mold-free solar bracket production method through sheet metal processing to achieve high flexibility and flexibility.
